I ordered a NXA800P 8 port card but it only has 4 ports at the back. Where are the other 4 ports?
A: A special cable is required in order to fully utilize all ports of the NXA800P. View Cable Split Diagram
Asterisk cannot detect the NXA800P card. Is my card defective?
A: No, your card is not defective. You need to download this Zaptel driver (1.4.4 or 1.2.19) so that Asterisk can detect your card properly.
